Our Mission statement is to be devoted to helping people have more fun with photography with finest quality accessories and DIY projects. Phone accessories are not our main products.

Return Policy:

Regarding to the policy, some of you questioned about the downside of profit and implied the advantage may be used by few "bad" customers. I think i need to state the policy clearly as following: If the customer is not satisfied with his/her purchase, contact us within 5 business days as they receive the order. Once we accept return, customer sends his/her case back to us and we will make another case with the SAME design. The purpose here is to avoid the negative experience and build a good customer image. To ensure the satisfaction of purchase experiences, overhead cost must need to apply to the operating cost. However, The percentage defective for our "instagram" case usually is below average 5% as we indicate the case exchanging is only apply to SAME design (means only accept the return if defective). According to the "Can product returns make your money?", customer are willing to make another purchase only if a company has quality return policy. Personally, I am a loyalty customer for Amazon since they has hassle-less return policy. Therefore, offering 30 days satisfaction guaranteed is a way to build a brand image. Additionally, we will create a selected hours LIVE CHAT service since most of our target customers are age between 12 to 45. For these customers, we study their preferred contacting behaviors to ensure them get better solutions.

Features:

Some of you also have questions that how our product to compete with others. First, Our company is an online retail company that sells variety accessories related to smart phone and photography. We focus on selling our products to the groups which are young and fashionable. These groups are looking for something unique to present their personality and chase the passion of photography. Second, these target customers rather to own unique items to present their talents and creative skills. With a developed app or software, customers are able to upload their favor images and select different layouts for their desires. The difference of our products is flexible Product Customizing. Last, We indicate the case is made in US which means the quality will be unlike any ebay phone case and others designed case. The models will be including the most solds smartphone such as iphone 4, iphone 4s, Galaxy S series, and HTC Thunderbolt/One. by providins variety of layouts and models, customers are able to make their own case that they will enjoy.

"Your Price is too high!!!" Ok, it may be too high compare to $.99 case. How about the quality? The purpose to own a phone case today is not only to provide the protection of your most valuable item you always carry, we have been taught to be personal by social environment. "OK, but your price is still high!!!" Alright, what about Apple computer? Do they always charge higher price than Window PC? What are the needs of Apple customers? Apple spend time to study their customer behaviors to use a computer, then they build a stylish and high quality computer to meet what the target customers' need. Thus, same concept is applied to our product. By offering durable and Stylish case, we want our target customers to be confident for themselves.
